Registerd Office Service Description
Please note the following before choosing our registered office service:
- All banks in Hong Kong can send mails directly to overseas addresses. There is no need to send bank mails to us. Your corresponding address for the bank can be different from the registered address of the company.
- The Registered Office address belongs to the company and is not intended for personal use.
- We use B5 size envelopes to forward mails. Any mails larger than B5 size will be bent to fit the envelope
- if:

- the number of mails received each month exceed 15, or
- the weight of a mail exceeds 30g but less than 1kg
- you can either pick up the mails from our office within a month or
- we will make an additional posting and charge an extra fee of HKD $30 + actual posting cost
- any mail weights over 1kg must be picked up at our office within one month.

- We do not forward advertisements.
The Registered Office Service description should read as follow:
For HKD $800, we will forward only governmental mails under 30g addressed to the company to an overseas address once a month on any date for a year using regular air mail service. Maximum 15 letters per month.
For HKD $1,200, we will forward the mails under 30g addressed to the company to an overseas address once a month on any date for a year using regular air mail service. Maximum 15 letters per month.
